On Friday 2nd February 2024, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at the Village Hotel. Attendees at the Season Launch will enjoy a delicious two-course meal, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business Club members and guests from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Noel has led the FAW as Chief Executive since 2021 as football in Wales has grown to become the largest interest and participation sports. Noel was Head of Strategy at UEFA, European football's governing body for almost a decade and has also led the Football Association of Ireland.

The FAW are currently the UK's top sports organisation and in his talk Noel will outline their strategic thinking, culture and progress along with the FAW's view on contemporary issues such as Sustainability, Commercial, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Public Affairs, Digital Transformation and Development.

He will also discuss high performance and gaining competitive advantage – keys to business success!

This event will be open to members only initially and will open to non-members should capacity not be reached nearer to the event date. The date the event will open to non-members will be at the discretion of the Executive Board for each event.
